Township Hall Rent

Return the completed rental agreement (there are 2 places on the form to sign), your proof of insurance, and your money. Please write separate checks for the rental and deposit, so with the return of the keys and hall inspection, your refund check can be given back to you. All renters must call their homeowners insurance company and let them know you are renting the Township Hall and then the insurance company will provide you with the proof of insurance. Once your check is received, the calendar will be marked with your confirmed date of rental. These documents and payment can be mailed to: Iron River Township 102 McNutt Road Iron River, MI 49935 Or this can be dropped off in the drop box located in the township hall parking lot. Please call the clerk to arrange a meet time to get the key for your event.
